Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a passion for delivering the best patient experience possible and an interest in expanding physical therapy services beyond the clinic. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who:

  • Thrives in building relationships with patients and promoting positive long-term outcomes.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to take on additional responsibilities to help our clinic grow.

Skills:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
  • Eligible for Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Full-time availability required.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one, hands-on care in the clinic, treating approximately 60 visits per week.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients to support their recovery and long-term health goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a direct-to-employer program, conducting off-site evaluations and promoting workplace injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care for all patients.
