My name is Erika Mulher, and I am one of the patient representatives and exercise specialists here at CPT. I’m from Slidell, LA, and I’m currently enrolled at the University of New Orleans as a second year undergraduate. My plan is to complete my bachelor’s degree at UNO in biology, and then enter a PTA program at either Delgado or LSUHSC. I began working in physical therapy, because for a long time I’ve been very interested in physical fitness, and I felt I could find a lot of fulfillment in helping treat patients who are struggling with physical ailments. I’ll likely remain in outpatient care, because I love meeting people from many different backgrounds and helping treat the various conditions that they come in with. Being able to see patients improve over time, and seeing them regain strength or mobility, and how that impacts their life, has been a very positive experience.
