Greetings! My name is Janay Woolridge, and I am currently a Patient Representative/ Exercise Specialist here at CPT. I was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and I’m also enrolled in the University of New Orleans, to continue expanding my knowledge while preparing for PT school. After obtaining my Exercise Science bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, I decided that Physical Therapy was the right path for me.

Having experienced my own injuries and recovery through physical therapy, I enjoy the aspect of being able to work hands on and creating a positive environment for others to want to see change and learn more about their overall health to continue improving. Being able to help others and see that the results are impacting them in a positive way will always be something I’ll look forward to.
